Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Wanda García Ginorio proudly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and passion for service that have distinguished her throughout more than two decades of professional experience. A natural-born salesperson, she has built a solid career combining expertise in sales, public relations, institutional management, and real estate, establishing herself as a versatile, results-driven professional known for her integrity and excellence.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of the Sacred Heart in Puerto Rico, and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Studies with a focus on Nonprofit Organization Management from Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts. She also holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and e-PRO® designations from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), as well as active licenses as a Broker in Puerto Rico and Sales Associate in Florida. Wanda has further enriched her professional development with certifications in Leadership, Total Quality, Marketing, and Customer Service, strengthening her strategic and client-focused approach.
Before dedicating herself full-time to real estate, Wanda held executive and trusted positions within the public sector, working for the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, the Puerto Rico Telephone Company, and the Municipal Revenue Collection Center (CRIM). In these agencies, she led Public Relations, Crisis Management, and Institutional Communications, actively participating in major initiatives such as the national drought response and the development of the North Super Aqueduct, the labor strike during the privatization of the Puerto Rico Telephone Company, and the Tax Amnesty Campaign at CRIM.
As an entrepreneur, she founded and operated a retail concession inside JCPenney, successfully creating a business model from the ground up focused on service and profitability. She also collaborated on the establishment of Cambridge College’s first campus in Puerto Rico, contributing her strategic vision and commitment to educational and community development. Wanda’s dedication to service also extends to her volunteer work, including initiatives supporting the homeless and her participation in Hospice programs in Florida, where she designed a volunteer program integrating Pet Therapy and music for patients in end-of-life care.
In the field of real estate, Wanda brings together over 20 years of experience, initially balancing the profession with other roles and fully dedicating herself to it since 2013. In 2016, she relocated to Florida, broadening her professional scope, and in 2019 she obtained her Florida Realtor Associate license, officially expanding her practice across both regions. Her deep understanding of both the Puerto Rican and Floridian markets, along with her ability to cultivate long-term relationships, have earned her recognition as a Bridge Realtor — a professional who connects cultures, lifestyles, and investment opportunities between Puerto Rico and Florida.
